We had 3 separate teams carry out the work and they all worked really hard. They even worked in the dark and the harsh December weather did not stop them. Friendly workers, always on time with great communication. We had our own project manager (Ray) always on hand via WhatsApp.
Vladimir and the team were absolutely excellent. Handled a really complex garden redesign — multi-level deck, raised beds, tiled patio, gravel and pergola. Excellent attention to detail, hard working, kept to time and super tidy too.
Naz and the team were fantastic — I had been let down by so many no-shows. When I found Prime I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. Turned up when they said they would, always replied to messages and their work is excellent.
